Job Specification: This is a top level recruitment position abroad available at Obelisk Careers. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and possess exceptional leadership skills to drive and lead the company's teams of investment consultants. Responsible for the initial and on-going training and appraisal of all sales staff, the Sales Director is expected to bring inspirational and innovative ideas to improve sales performance and meet targets.
Qualifications: B2C sales background in finance, investment or capital sales, a successful sales track record and proven sales management history.
Experience: Candidates applying for the position of Sales Director jobs in Spain must have experience with senior management and decision makers. This position also requires previous experience of managing high-paced and target-driven telesales teams.
